Matt was commisioned to recreate a version of the iconic Blackbeard's sword from the film pirates of the carribean. the blade was made from en45 spring steel hardend and tempered with real garnet stones on the hilt, leatherwork on the scabbard was done by Chris Tooze of GM crafts.
